Formal Script 421 BT (from Bitstream) is the font used for the "Occult Roleplay" text near the Nephilim logo on the front cover, as well as the chapter and section headers. It's a rather popular font, as I see it on store signs and such locally.
Freeform 721 BT (from Bitstream) is the font used on the back cover for the "In ages past..."

I haven't identified the font used for "Science is an Illusion..." on the back cover nor the text, but I'm keeping my eyes open. In the meantime, Corel has a clone font that's fairly close called Dauphin.
I'm not sure who originally owned this font, but Black Chancery was used on the cover of Liber Ka. In any case, you can find two versions of this font on the font archives at ftp.winsite.com.
